Job Description
- Job Description and Mainly Responsibilities:
- Support regional sales leader deliver clear FCST and facilitate Funnel review
- Analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, legal, supply chain, trade compliance etc. to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Providing support and guidance to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Support QTC work, such as Preparation of tender documents, contract management, maintain customer account, price quote application, complaint and other related work.
- Other task assigned by line manager
- Minimum Qualifications (must have):
- Bachelor's degree or above, biologics or same industry background preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other data analysis tools, i.e SFDC, Power BI etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and bargain skills.
- Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.
- Independent thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility is mandatory.
- Ability on generating future work plan base on business target.
