What will you do?

The Sales Operations Analyst, APJ is supporting the overall growth and performance of the Life Science Solutions Group (LSG). Contributes to drive best-in-class commercial sales excellence.

The successful candidate is keen on inspiring change and is a natural at deriving recommendations within the sales organization. The candidate is known as an enabler of sales growth through monetization of data and efficiency gains.

  • Lead initiatives to enable data-driven decisions with key leaders and cross-functional partners on topics including sales performance, efficiency and strategies
  • Partner with Global, Regional and Local Partners to help commercial teams adopt sales programs to achieve the required sales growth
  • Establish cadences to drive sales enablement programs with sales management; influence and see through those actions resulting from the insights you produced
  • Initiate and contribute to sales force enablement programs that drives sales efficiency and effectiveness independently
  • Identify and find opportunities to collaborate between existing systems, processes and people to achieve efficiency gains within the organization
  • Responsible for the inception, rollout and delivery of the long-term strategy of the sales analytics vertical
  • Work closely with project teams (e.g. global sales operations, integration office) and other functional teams to ensure APJ region meets timelines and requirements

How will you get here?

  • Education: Degree in Business/Economics/Analytics or other related field. Exposure in MNC working environment
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, supported by a strong attention to detail
  • Must- have skills: Excel (proficient), PowerPoint (good knowledge) and Word (good knowledge)
  • Technical skills: SQL, Power BI, Python
  • A self-starter with analytical astuteness
  • Comfortable communicating with country teams within region
