Job Title: Sales Development Representative III

Reports To: Sales Manager Latin America - Bulk Elemental Analysis

Group/Division: Chemical Analysis Division (CAD)

Position Location: Mexico

We are currently seeking a motivated and proven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative III for our Bulk Elemental Analysis Product line. As our Sales Development Representative III, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, collaborate effectively, and drive technological solutions for our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals for territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve commercial outcomes and processes and effectively communicate them with sales colleagues
  • Meet and exceed customer requirements including overall communication, responsiveness, cost awareness, and scheduling sensitivities.
  • Provide forecasts, weekly reports, marketing intelligence, and information to supervisor and other company personnel as required. Apply Salesforce.com daily by updating and adding notes, customer information, etc.
  • On-site customer calls and available to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time.
  • Report sales data optimally through CRM (SFDC) and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide flawless customer support
  • Conduct market research to determine customer needs and identify new opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish Language, others desirable as Portuguese.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in the scientific and/or Industrial environment, mainly in Mining, Cement, Steel in a consultative commercial approach
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Confirmed ability in Direct and Indirect Sales of capital equipment
