We are currently seeking a Sr Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing and expanding our CDMO Viral Vector Services in Europe and the United Kingdom. You will establish and maintain customer relationships, uncover new leads, and drive the entire sales process from beginning to signature. This is a dynamic and ambitious role that requires a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaboration with internal teams and follow-up on leads.
  • Develop and implement Viral Vector Service programs to increase awareness of our offering and differentiate us from our competitors.
  • Communicate the unique benefits we offer and explore potential collaborations to enhance our service offerings.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline that meets quarterly revenue and molecule targets.
  • Conduct customer visits and tele-con visits within your territory.
  • Take ownership of RFI and RFP processes for assigned key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years as a Business Development Executive in the Viral Vector market space.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to network within senior management ranks.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the defined territory and based on business needs.
