Job Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for supporting processes that are critical for the quality of our products and for meeting the high expectations of our customers. This role involves close collaboration with other functions and departments to find solutions to various challenges and independently strive for continuous improvement of the processes within the quality management system. The QA Engineer will lead investigations and assist in developing corrective action plans for quality issues related to customer complaints, audit observations, and requests for quality improvements. A QA Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining the trust of our customers. They contribute to the pursuit of continuous improvement and ensure that our processes meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Follow up and handle quality complaints, corrective actions resulting from complaints, deviations, and internal and external audit findings.
- Handle customer and ISO audits, and plan, complete, and follow up on internal audits.
- Document management: maintain procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Manage change requests related to supplier changes, updates of product specifications, test plans, packagings, storage conditions
- Follow up and evaluate analysis of new product introductions
- Evaluate stock transfers for the purchasing department.
- Initiate, follow up, and handle re-analyses related to product shelf life.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize and align processes, striving for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Initiate proposals to improve safety, quality, environmental impact, and efficiency within the quality department and the company as a whole.
