Position Summary:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various partners, including global cross-functional teams within Thermofisher, executive teams, operational teams and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management or Product Management with large global organizations
- Experience learning unfamiliar systems and tools and quickly developing expertise
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the partners and executives as required
- Advanced skills and experience with PPTand Excel, including standard formulas and data visualization
- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and challenging priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and getting results
- Be determined, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Master's degree
Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time, including international travel
- The position is based in Shanghai
