Our Automation and Communication business is growing rapidly. We are looking for a contract project manager to lead a long-term project in the energy sector with several of our Swedish customers. The project is about securing the future performance of systems in their critical infrastructure, where our contribution is to supply products and services in order to secure their demand for future energy generation, transmission and distribution. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that contract and project management activities are executed in accordance with relevant Group/Division/Business Unit directives, including establishing the required level of project governance covering project scope, risk, cost and schedule.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by fulfilling contracts, managing contractual changes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with our internal factory and competence center in India, as well as third-party suppliers in Europe. Your role includes acting as the main contract and project manager for both the Swedish and Indian units.
- Prepare and run internal project reviews, including status reports for key stakeholders, defining progress, risks, opportunities and solutions.
- Manage the project P&L across Sweden and India

Your background
- Proven experience of managing complex customer projects or equivalent challenges across multiple geographical locations
- You hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent
- Comfortable with contractual and legal aspects of managing a project
- Experience of BtB and industrial product development and manufacturing, especially in electronics or electrical sectors, is highly valuable
- As a person you are independent, solution-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong drive and focus on delivering in time and with quality.
- You have solid communication and influencing skills to meet and build trust with people at different organizational levels.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
