Job Description: Product Specialist III

As an outstanding Product Specialist III, you will have an exceptional opportunity to craft and drive product management strategies in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to understand their needs and successfully implement tailored solutions.
  • Provide outstanding technical and scientific support to the Sales team, including conducting in-depth product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement flawless promotional strategies for our product lines.
  • Supervise market trends, determine opportunities and threats, and provide informative data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct technical trainings and speeches at customer sites, congresses, seminars, workshops, and our customer experience center.
  • Analyze sales results and market trends to help the Sales team build a strong sales funnel.
  • Partner with various functional areas such as Service and Support, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cell Biology and Protein Analysis to provide world-class support and maintain a competitive position.

Proficiencies

  • In-depth technical expertise in Cell Culture, Gene Editing, Protein Expression Systems, Western Blotting, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry-based immunoassays.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address customer needs with precision.
  • Proven track record working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong market knowledge, including key players, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing sales tools such as CRM systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's or PhD is required.
  • Strong background in Cell Biology and Protein Analysis.
  • Proven experience in the life sciences field, with 2-3 years of experience in both academia and industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with 50-70% travel availability.
