Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Master product expertise and training processes, ensuring you stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Develop an outstanding understanding of our products and offer outstanding product training and technical support to the sales team and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and successfully implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their diverse needs.
  • Partner with the Regional Market team to analyze competitor activities and market trends, advising on product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Support market research to find opportunities and challenges, working with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to local markets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals at various levels.
  • Collect customer feedback to advise product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other significant events.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a product specialist or in a similar role within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required, with availability to travel 50% of the working time.
