Product Application Specialist - Field

Responsibilities:
- Method Development, Pre & Post Sales field support.
- Sample analysis as applicable.
- Determine customer needs and provide world-class technical support for our products.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless product implementation and integration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to ensure successful utilization.
- Actively seek out areas for improvement and offer valuable feedback to enhance our products.
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
- Ph.D/Master''s degree in Chemistry, Physics /M Pharma in Pharmacy
- More than 7 Years of LSMS experience
- > 3 Years of Pharma/Biopharma/ Food dedicated experience.
- Travel > 50%
- Knowledge of Thermo LSMS for more than 2 years will be preferable.
- Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the information technology industry.
- Proficient understanding of software applications and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
