Apps Support for HPLC & LCMS field support
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical and application assistance to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support to customers, including education, training, and on-site visits
- Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars, and trainings on various chromatographic products and applications
- Assist in developing educational content for company websites, videos, seminars, and applications reports
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot any product-related issues at demo labs or customer sites
- Generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute to data/reports upload to global tech tools

Requirements:
- Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, or Pharmacy
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HPLC / UHPLC operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in LC MS/MS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma / Biopharma
- Strong knowledge and experience with chromatography products, specifically HPLC, UHPLC, and LC MS
This position is based in Mumbai and requires extensive travel throughout India.
