Job Description

As an EPM Product and Service Sales Engineer, you will be pivotal in driving our sales growth and managing key accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibility: Drive the sales of EPM solutions, including products, service parts, and O&M contracts, ensuring growth in bookings and revenue to meet annual targets.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential clients, and expand market presence.
  • Client Communication: Engage deeply with clients to understand their needs and provide professional solution recommendations.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies, track sales progress, and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
  • Market Activities: Participate in market activities and industry exhibitions to enhance the company's brand awareness.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular market analysis and sales reporting and communicate progress to management.
  • Dealer Strategy Management: Develop and manage annual dealer strategies to drive regional business growth.
  • Financial Strategy Implementation: Implement strategies to improve cash flow and business margins.
  • Key Account Management: Manage key accounts with a focus on maintaining and growing long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the scientific or technical industries.
  • Strong ability to manage contracts and drive business growth.
  • Outstanding account management capabilities with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Willingness to accommodate a certain frequency of travel.
