Position Summary:

As an Order-to-Cash Transition Lead, you will play a key role in the execution of Global Accounts Receivable transitions (processes and system implementations), ensuring that services are successfully transitioned into the Global Business Services organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a seamless and efficient transition while also driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport building ability, strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and projects. Expertise in the Order-to-Cash processes is crucial to fully grasp the complexity of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the development and implementation of optimization initiatives in strong partnership with the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) team, the OtC Global Process Owner (GPO) and OtC Transition Manager.
  • Document standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting data validations and reconciliations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues and provide regular status updates.
  • Assist in the training of new employees to the highest standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the Controls & Compliance team to ensure a strong control environment.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective training and team building capabilities for rapid ramp-up of functional tasks.

Demonstrated tact, integrity and ethical standards.

Experience in continuous process improvement projects leading to significant time or bottom line savings.

  • Qualifications and experience:

Fluent in English.

University or College degree.

Extensive experience (5+ years) in a fast-paced accounts receivable environment, with a strong functional process expertise of the end-to-end OtC processes.

Expert system knowledge of any existing ERPs (SAP, Oracle E1) and software programs (Cforia) is required to perform this role effectively and efficiently.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office software is required (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
