Job Description

Working shift pattern: Monday to Friday, Back, Early and Night shifts rotating each week

Responsible for ensuring that the daily requirements for the manufacture of cell culture media and reagents are met and that performance expectations are achieved on a constant basis. Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader you will be required to provide support to multiple functions across the site with specific focus on analyzing and improving raw material inventory metrics and adhering to the cell culture manufacturing plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing warehouse and of evaluating inventory levels
  • Experience of working within a SOX compliant control framework and reporting structure
  • Deliver continuous monitoring of raw material stock locations, identifying areas for improvement
  • Carry out investigations into stock variances
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft office suite
  • Manage and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, written, oral and PC Skills
  • An attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work within Health and Safety guidelines, performing all duties in a safe & efficient manner, ensuring housekeeping standards are met and risk assessments are relevant and up to date
  • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
