  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a world-class manufacturing environment.
  • Successfully implement production schedules and meet daily production targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent output.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient in adhering to instructions and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
