Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Operator I, Manufacturing

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation of production activities
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
