Job Description
This position will develop and implement marketing plans to support the sales force and distributors in a dynamic market environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish a framework for planning the region's development, taking into account the most favorable opportunities in each country and aligning them with the division's priorities.
- Support the implementation of the portfolio's regional marketing plan.
- Analyse regional market performance to implement strategies.
- Perform detailed analysis and routine reporting of business performance.
- Adapt global campaigns and programs, as well as develop them regionally in order to strengthen customer relationships, such as communication materials, technical sales training, and positioning.
- Ensure business growth, including strategies and projects for market access, clinical demand generation, and gaining market share.
- Plan and complete product launches, pricing actions, product upgrades, and obsolescence.
- Manage the regional marketing budget for the division.
- Flexibility to travel.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within a scientific or technical field.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed business performance analysis.
- Proven ability to successfully implement marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building positive relationships with sales teams and distributors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt and develop global campaigns to fit regional needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
