Brief role summary:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and lead communication materials in English to support our goals at a European level. You will work with various teams to deliver impactful messaging both internally and externally as well as leading projects to improve our brand visibility. Additionally, you will support the localization of marketing initiatives and ensure that our communications drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and Build Internal Communications:

  • Be responsible for the creation and management of various internal commercial communications, from writing to publication.
  • Select the most appropriate strategies and use all relevant channels and digital communication tools.
  • Use the expertise of requesters from other departments to improve communication efforts.

Lead External Communication Projects:

  • Lead various projects aligned with our external communication channels to promote brand visibility.
  • Focus on engaging customers primarily through social media and our website.
  • Ensure that these projects are consistent with our overall brand strategy and communicate our value proposition to our target audience.

Validate Marketing Communications:

  • Check marketing communications and content in English, including email content, webpages, web banners, and articles.
  • Ensure that the content delivers meaningful results, driving customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Continuously optimize content to maintain high standards and achieve desired outcomes.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience and Background:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing, Product Management, or Customer Service role, with an understanding and curiosity about digital marketing.
  • Ideally, experience within a scientific environment, acquiring technical knowledge of products, and/or hold a science-based degree.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with Adobe and Workfront is welcome.

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in another language is welcome. Remarkable editing and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to combine content creation experience with a strong understanding of communication and business strategy.
  • Knowledge around how to generate social media content that engages, educates, and prompts action.

Project Management and Collaboration:

  • High motivation about leading projects
  • Comfortable in a virtual and dynamic team, collaborating across different functions within the business.
  • Highly organized and flexible with an ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks.
