As a Business Partnership Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue generation. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners. Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of partnership opportunities.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Maintain regular communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and find opportunities for collaboration and growth.
3. Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's goals. Identify key areas for growth and propose innovative ways to capitalize on market opportunities.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong partner relationships. Ensure that partnership agreements are well-defined and include clear expectations, responsibilities, and goals.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships, and adjust strategies as vital. Regularly assess the partnership's impact on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Partnership Development Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experiences in healthcare and life sciences is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify and establish strategic partnerships.
- Motivated to achieve targets and dedicated to delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and oral English.
