Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and align the IT roadmap to focus on the most impactful areas.
- Collaborate with financial partners to plan and manage the IT budget for efficient fulfilment.
- Lead demand management, offering business requirements and process insights for project success.
- Expertise in IT solutions related to business process and can translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Act as the primary contact and partner concern point for all IT-related matters.
- Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Experience & Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is helpful.
- Minimum of 8 years in MNCs company digital and IT areas, preferably with strong business partnership experience.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams or on cross-functional projects.
- Skilled in analyzing and detailing business requirements, translating them into technical needs.
- Extensive IT project management, resource optimization; certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proactive, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
