Job Responsibilities

As a Lead QA Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Incoming Inspection on Receiving and Returns, ensuring all materials meet our strict quality standards.
  • Conducting detailed packaging inspections to maintain the highest levels of product integrity.
  • Completing QA release of finished products in GPMS, consistently delivering proven results.
  • Adjusting inventory status to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Carrying out self-inspections as a qualified internal auditor when necessary, maintaining flawless internal processes.
  • Successfully implementing ad-hoc duties as requested by line management to support our ambitious goals.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Education: Bachelor degree in life science, chemical or pharmaceutical/medical related.
  • Years of Experience: 2 yrs quality assurance or quality control working experience; about 1 yrs working experience in pharmaceutical industry; experience in production or manufacturing field of life science will be privileged.
  • Knowledge: Advanced understanding and grasp of quality management, GxP, preferably the knowledge of clinical trial materials. Knowledge in supply chain or warehouse operation will be plus.
  • Competency: Good communication skills. Good written and spoken English. Problem solving / Decision making. Details-oriented.
