Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update quality control documents in accordance with ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.
  • Ensure timely and consistent quality control review of products manufactured according to GMP requirements, including checking product quality, evaluating quality tests results, and ensuring timely transmission of quality test data.
  • Ensure the review of proper preparation, completion, and control of documentation, including checking and coordinating quality test and product technical documentation, and ensuring the preparation of quality certificates for products.
  • Accurately and timely input data into the accounting system.
  • Coordinate and perform stability testing review of products according to approved programs and prepare reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information acquired during work.
  • Promptly inform the direct supervisor of any non-standard situations related to job functions.
  • Provide suggestions for improving job functions and departmental activities.
  • Follow the company's internal regulations, procedures, and instructions as provided by the general director and direct supervisors. If unable to carry out the instructions, promptly communicate this to the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry (equivalent experience will also be considered, with preference given to candidates with a Master's degree).
  • Laboratory work experience.
  • Familiarity with quality testing methods and proficiency in using them.
  • Knowledge of protein product properties is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality management system standards.
  • Understanding of documentation principles.
