Job Description

The IT Compliance Specialist will be supporting for ensuring that the governance, development, and maintenance of Software Strategy & Operations Software Development Cycle (SDLC) is aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27001:2022, GxP and Corporate Guidelines.

The position will also drive quality and velocity improvements across the Software Strategy & Operations Agile teams and for maturing, administering, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), SDLC, SOPs, and Tools instructions.

Responsible for driving visibility and a coherent data-strategy that supports the business needs for decision-making, engineer data so it is consistent across diverse source systems, analyzing collated data, and providing the data insights to transform the organization to a fully data-driven organization.

The role will be encouraged to engage with various teams in Agile and Shared Services Areas and role as internal auditor, build audit reports and follow up until closing findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, upgrade, and support software development lifecycle while ensuring compliance Corporate Guidelines.

Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Provide technical and strategic support and mentorship regarding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27001:2022.

Document, report, and schedule audit activities in the Organization.

Support to coordinate with all Agile Teams to ensure compliance with Corporate Guidelines.

Support the Periodic Review of all applicable data sources, documentation, etc.

Maintain internal and external audit schedules and audit files for Compliance activities for various locations. Ensure completion of audits are performed on time by reviewing and tracking findings towards closure with teams and leaders).

Active participation and ownership through all vital efforts including planning, running, and leading QMS, ISMS and Agile activities Related.

Position Qualifications:

  • Required
  • Current Lead/internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27001:2022
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or related.
  • Proficient in English
  • Preferred
  • Agile Certifications (ex. Scrum, Agile, SAFe)
  • 2+ years of experience using Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence)
  • 4-5+ years ISO Audit experience
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
  • Work experience in IT
