- Provide exceptional technical support and service for our advanced scientific equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to successfully implement and optimize their use of our products.
- Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver training and application support to customers, helping them achieve flawless operation of their instruments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to determine and address customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- MSc or Higher in a Molecular Biology field or equivalent.
- Proven experience with qPCR, Sanger Sequencers, Next Generation Sequencing instrumentation (preferably Ion Torrent), or Microarray instruments.
- Strong scientific knowledge in the fields of Genetics/Microbiology/Infectious and inherited disease.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Effective time management and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining operational metrics.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Driven and motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Morocco, North-West Africa and internationally up 50% of the time.
