Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant III

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements: Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes: Maintain strict adherence to deadlines.
• Implement and maintain internal controls: Safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with various departments to support business objectives.
• Manage external audits: Facilitate audit processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations: Maintain compliance with standard methodologies and processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field: Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial reporting or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail: Perseverance in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• Proficiency in financial software: Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Great teammate: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
