Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage EPM contract and parts business to drive growth in bookings and revenue, ensuring annual targets are met.
- Develop and manage annual dealer strategies to drive parts business growth.
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow and business margins.
- Provide accurate business predictions to assist in decision-making and planning.
- Manage key accounts with a focus on maintaining and growing long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives and deliver flawless customer service.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the scientific or technical industries.
- Strong ability to manage contracts and drive business growth.
- Outstanding account management capabilities with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
