Job Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Site inspection and analysis of the required specifications to determine suitable solutions for the installation of diagnostic systems
  • Setup Middleware
  • Configuration and technical support for the Software House for instrument interfacing Management of quality procedures related to pre-sales activities
  • Customer support in handling reports Management of technical interventions (preventive maintenance and repair interventions)
  • problem-solving (Technical/application) and customer request/ complaints resolution
  • Interface support
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and formulate recommendations to improve specifications and application procedures Spare parts continuously
  • warehouse management: a monthly review of car stock and any warehouses, and maintenance of minimum defined stocks for each spare part
  • Management and closure of Work orders, Cases, Complaints
  • Management and closure of Service Contracts
  • Planning of interventions concerning the Service Max quality manual Management and updating of the digital archive related to installations/maintenance/intervention

Job Requirements

  • Preferred educational qualification: degree in engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical and application issues.
  • Experience in managing quality procedures and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dedication to continuously improve processes and provide outstanding customer support.
