Job Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Site inspection and analysis of the required specifications to determine suitable solutions for the installation of diagnostic systems
- Setup Middleware
- Configuration and technical support for the Software House for instrument interfacing Management of quality procedures related to pre-sales activities
- Customer support in handling reports Management of technical interventions (preventive maintenance and repair interventions)
- problem-solving (Technical/application) and customer request/ complaints resolution
- Interface support
- Research, analyze, evaluate, and formulate recommendations to improve specifications and application procedures Spare parts continuously
- warehouse management: a monthly review of car stock and any warehouses, and maintenance of minimum defined stocks for each spare part
- Management and closure of Work orders, Cases, Complaints
- Management and closure of Service Contracts
- Planning of interventions concerning the Service Max quality manual Management and updating of the digital archive related to installations/maintenance/intervention

Job Requirements
- Preferred educational qualification: degree in engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical and application issues.
- Experience in managing quality procedures and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dedication to continuously improve processes and provide outstanding customer support.
