Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of the group's instruments to ensure flawless operation and customer happiness.
- Resolve complex failures on protein diagnostic products, including software, hardware, and usage issues, using technical diagrams and diagnostic tools.
- Provide efficient and quality service with a customer focused approach, ensuring positive interactions.
- Travel daily to different customer sites regionally, nationally, or even internationally as needed, ensuring timely service.
- Submit detailed intervention reports within 48 hours of service completion, including parts used and technical comments.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the FSE team, application engineers, and salespeople to ensure a high-quality service.
- Manage spare parts stock and maintenance schedule to minimize instrument downtime and maintain service excellence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in a relevant field or equivalent professional license (e.g., ESTBA).
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance of in vitro diagnostic systems.
- Knowledge of laboratory environments and good analysis practices.
- Proficiency in the analysis automata sold by the company.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to handle critical situations, providing reassurance to customers.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of quality management systems.
- Proficiency in English for essential communications and documentation.
