Job Description

Front Desk -Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Greet visitors and manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including issuing visitor badges.
Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with general maintenance tasks, including routine inspections of facilities and reporting any issues to management.

Complete work orders and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.

Performs general facility support tasks related to one or multiple functions, such as building security issues and access system maintenance, shipping and receiving, distribution of mail to employees, furniture and equipment moves and conference room set up.

May perform building or equipment maintenance tasks including the completion of work orders, scheduled routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs.

May coordinate the purchase of supplies and manage supply inventories

Responds to facility-related emergencies as assigned Coordinates assigned activities with outside contractors and vendors, as needed.
