- Determine and implement flawless service strategies for our field service operations
- Successfully compete and complete service projects within strict timelines
- Collaborate with diverse teams to foster innovation and tackle intricate scientific challenges.
- Offer knowledgeable technical assistance and support to customers
- Conduct thorough training sessions to ensure customers can effectively use our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in field service engineering
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
