Job Description

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully lead all aspects of the installation and commissioning of EPM series online monitoring instruments.
  • Determine and repair instrument faults to ensure continuous operation.
  • Train end-users on instrument operation and daily maintenance tasks.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through outstanding service delivery.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, with a background in automation preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in automation or instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and email communication.
  • Experience in working with automated monitoring instruments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with environmental monitoring instruments is a plus.
  • Experience with chromatography and online CEMS is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A determined, proactive work attitude with the ability to endure challenging industrial environments.

  • Proven technical expertise in automation or instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
