Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead all aspects of the installation and commissioning of EPM series online monitoring instruments.
- Determine and repair instrument faults to ensure continuous operation.
- Train end-users on instrument operation and daily maintenance tasks.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through outstanding service delivery.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, with a background in automation preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in automation or instrumentation.
- Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and email communication.
- Experience in working with automated monitoring instruments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring instruments is a plus.
- Experience with chromatography and online CEMS is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A determined, proactive work attitude with the ability to endure challenging industrial environments.
