Key Responsibilities
- Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electronic equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and training to guarantee the efficient functioning of our products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and improve product performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Successfully implement service strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electronics engineering with a strong background in field service.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and occasionally to other regions.
