As an Engineer II, Validation, based in the Los Angeles, CA area, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to outstanding standards and flawless execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibrations and validations on laboratory equipment to ensure flawless operation according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Conduct qualification tests of new or existing equipment to determine efficient performance.
- Prepare detailed reports based on testing results to successfully implement solutions and maintain high standards.
Work Environment
This is a customer-facing role with 60% overnight travel and local travel. Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle, effective customer communication, performing equipment maintenance, writing service and expense reports, and installing instrumentation.
Education
- High school diploma required
Required Experience
- Proven experience with GxP and GDP.
- Minimum of 2 years of related validation experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Calibration.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and 75+ pounds occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $72,000.00-$108,000.00.
