- Performing on-site installation of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers (LC-MS) and other complex equipment and systems
- Conducting scheduled maintenance visits and offering assistance for any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure flawless customer support
- Creating and submitting work reports, as well as updating service process documentation
- Identifying and reporting specific problems with business processes
- Providing user training on system maintenance and feedback to global product quality teams
To excel in this role, applicants should ideally possess a degree in chemistry, electricity, mechanics, or a related field. However, equivalent experience in these areas will also be considered. Additionally, proficiency in Word and Excel is necessary, along with holding an ordinary car license.
