Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Lab Instrument Services: Provide outstanding lab instrument services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services. Your flawless execution will directly contribute to our world-class customer experience.
- Collaborative Improvement: Work closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless integration of services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory, bringing to bear your outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Service Sales Support: Assist in service sales to help win more service orders, contributing to our ambitious growth targets.
- PPI Projects: Actively contribute to Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects sought at identifying effective strategies to improve work quality and efficiency.

Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science, Bio Engineering, Machinery, Electronics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Field Service Experience: A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in field service is strictly required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers, are crucial for success.
- Team Spirit: A strong team spirit and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.
- Travel: Extensive travel will be necessary; hence, your willingness and ability to travel are important.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
