Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an ambitious and proven Engineer I, Field Service to join our world-class team in Chennai. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new Field Service Engineers (FSE) for the HPLC Product line and GC product line
- Install and service HPLC, IC, and GC products of analytical instruments
- Successfully implement flawless maintenance and repair of instruments
- Determine root cause of technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Engineering graduate with a minimum experience in analytical instrument service
- Demonstrated success in effectively resolving technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills to foster productive collaboration with individuals both within and outside the organization.
- Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
