Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership:

  • Establish and lead marketing operations across multiple countries and divisions.
  • Develop and implement cross-divisional marketing strategies that reflect the customer's voice, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the SEATW Marketing Council to promote standard methodologies, encourage teamwork, and enhance workflow branding.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in planning and completing marketing initiatives that align with strategic goals.
  • Drive strong sales and marketing alignment to improve lead quality, data integrity, and tool effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and ensure the successful execution of the SEATW Annual Leadership Meeting.

Digital Commerce:

  • Enhance our digital presence and customer engagement through industry-leading web properties, digital marketing strategies, and data-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to bring to bear digital tools that optimize sales and marketing interactions.
  • Develop a robust analytics capability to measure and improve digital commerce outcomes.

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop a critical communications plan that positions Thermo Fisher as a leader in innovation and productivity.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including crisis management and change initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with media outlets and prioritize key messages to support business growth.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing operations, commercial, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial competence, and a proven track record in marketing leadership.
  • Prior experience in Lifesciences, Biotech/Healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and build hard-working teams.
  • Expertise in marketing infrastructure, including automation, web marketing, and business intelligence.
