Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Digital Marketing Operations Leader to build, manage, and retain a high-performing team of web and email production experts and specialists. Your mission will be to supercharge our digital marketing efforts, drive customer growth, and make our customers' digital journeys amazing!

Primary Responsibilities:

People Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor team members by providing guidance, coaching, training, and support.
  • Foster unity, partnership, and teamwork by encouraging collaboration and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Delegate tasks to individual team members based on their skills, knowledge, and expertise to distribute workload effectively, promote collaboration, and improve efficiency.

Business Leadership:

  • Represent the email automation and web production teams in meetings, communicating team progress or delays.
  • Coordinate work across production teams with other Divisional Marketing team members.
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication (English) skills to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Understand our different businesses, the customers we serve, and our product offerings to assist in aligning business objectives and priorities between technical and non-technical team members.

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead a team of technical web and email automation experts responsible for managing and administrating our marketing automation (Eloqua) and web (Adobe Experience Manager) platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team leads on the technical design, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Understand all software and systems associated with our tech stack, including how these systems integrate and affect our overall customer journey.
  • Guide technical decisions and help provide solutions to the production teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in people management, leading a digital marketing team.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and web page publication.
  • Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Workfront.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities, and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
  • Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent English language written and spoken ability.
