Job Description
Position responsibilities
- Create strategies for digital marketing in different customer segments based on their characteristics. Develop short-term tactics and implementation plans using internal and external resources.
- Work with internal product, cross-team channel, and third-party media resources to implement plans that address customer needs, continuously improving methods to generate more leads.
- Collaborate with global teams to acquire high-quality customer engagement resources and conduct targeted promotions through localized production.
- Continuously improve customers' digital experience through data analysis, tool development, content creation, and other methods, improving brand awareness and dedication to convert business opportunities;
- Promote the use of AI tools through global cooperation, empowering product, marketing, and sales teams to improve work efficiency.

Job qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 3-4 years working experience in marketing, digital marketing, medical device industry background or social agency background will be preferred
- Knowledge in social media is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great teammate, able to quickly build trust and rapport with sales and product teams.
- Proficient and confident in communicating with internal colleagues
