As a Data Analyst in our E-commerce team, you will optimize sales strategies and customer experience by analyzing -commerce data. You will provide actionable insights and collaborate closely with business departments to meet their needs through customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Use front-end tools like Adobe Analytics to merge customer behavior data with internal business transaction data for conducting detailed e-commerce data analysis. Develop a strong grasp on sales trends, customer behavior, and market demands.
  • Data Processing: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation using SQL queries and Python programming to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Visualization: Build visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports using tools like Power BI to provide decision support for management.
  • Business Teamwork: Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand business requirements and provide tailored data support and solutions.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct detailed data analysis to gain in-depth understanding of customer needs, providing insights and support for product promotions and marketing activities.
  • Data Governance: Supply to the establishment and maintenance of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce. Experience in life sciences or instrumentation is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, and Power BI. Experience with Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • English Proficiency: Strong English reading and writing skills.
