As our Adobe Analytics Digital Analyst, you'll dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights that enhance the digital experiences of our Patient and Provider portals.

Your role goes beyond tracking data—you'll reveal the "why" behind every interaction, identifying patterns in customer behavior to inform decisions on content and product optimization. You'll track customer journeys, evaluate content effectiveness, and drive improvements in self-service capabilities to enhance digital outcomes.

By analyzing the entire customer journey, you'll identify behaviors across all touchpoints. Through attribution, anomaly detection, and cohort analysis, you'll help maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Experiences Product Portfolio team to develop and deliver key metrics, trends, and scorecards, providing stakeholders with insights on the performance of our digital portals.
  • Ensure a robust and accurate foundation for digital analytics tracking.
  • Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data; leverage contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Identify the root of collaborators' data analytics needs and partner to establish informative measures and actionable insights.
  • Gather and analyze data to support the digital ecosystem and tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of product performance and health based on web analytics and user feedback.
  • Monitor and diagnose data from Adobe Analytics, addressing any anomalies and making improvement recommendations.
  • Connect qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights.
  • Collaboratively support A|B testing strategies and implement A|B tests measures.
  • Manage report requests from business partners and communicate status, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a quantitative analyst role with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Current hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace, Tools, and Components.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Debugger, browser developer tools, Charles).
  • Working knowledge of Admin Console (Analytics Reports Suite and Experience Cloud).
  • Understanding of Adobe Launch fundamentals.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics data collection, storage, and processing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics variables (props, eVars, events etc.)
  • Familiarity with single-page applications (SPAs), mobile services, and basic website mechanics.
  • Experience with data export options (Data Feeds, Data Warehouse extract).

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $63,700 - $133,500
