Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Thermo booking policy by checking contract information from the sales team
- Input all orders accurately and in a timely manner into SAP
- Manage and process orders to ensure timely revenue recognition and prompt closure of orders
- Issue invoices to customers and ensure they receive them
- Regularly review and track accounts receivable
- Support sales engineers in checking spare parts inventory or order status
- Assist sales team with internal issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Law, or International Trade preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, project management, or business data analysis
- Good knowledge of SAP preferred
- Effective communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication and coordination skills
