Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customers inquiries by phone or email
  • Monitoring the whole QTC process including order creation and management
  • Handling complaints and follow up on cases until resolution by co-working with business partner.
  • Coordinating with other departments for internal and external issues or improvement
  • Handling projects, report analysis, perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Keys to Success

  • Exceptional organizational skills

Education

  • F5 graduation or above

Experience

  • A minimum of one year in customer service with order management experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficient in writing and speaking English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP systems as SAP & Oracle is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
