What you'll do:
- Act as the first point of contact to customers for day-to-day transaction. Support sales and sales manager evaluate customer request & handle order (SAP), and marketing needs. Return repair and delivery coordination with logistic team and customer (ZWAR, RMA, FCA if needed)
- Receive customer orders, evaluate for compliance to terms and conditions of sale, pricing level and appropriateness of order and liaise with customer and sales.
- Order entry into SAP system and acknowledge order to customer.
- Handles customer inquiries on stock availability, order and delivery status.
- Coordinate with sales to complete customer requests for product failure replacements (RMA), analysis report and coordinating with factory for speedy response.
- Filing of quotations and sales orders processed, quotation, historical search and updating of original data using Power BI.
- Support sales and sales manager for any sales and marketing need.
- Back up in the absence of the logistics and accounting peers. (Emergency case)
- Proposing first customer solution desk by phone/chat/on-line to an order.
- Accompanying with field sales to double evaluation for a sizable quotation to leverage confidence level. (Occasionally)
- Regular TIIS certificate renewal.

Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements (Type of degree and fields of major required): College. Degree in Technical/Science background is desirable.
- Experience Required: +5 years in Customer Service/ Sales engineer.
- SAP experience: +3 years' experience in using SAP for order processing or any other similar ERP system.
- Well make diversity, flexibility, dignity and teamwork, is suiting to Eaton model. Curios with technical of product and willing to touch it for knowledge accumulation. Excellent communication skill to liaise with internal and global peers & customers.
- Foreign Languages: English skill (TOEIC 600 points over is preferable.)
- PC skills: Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI tool.
