Job Responsibilities
Content Creation: Draft, edit, and proofread various communications materials, such as presentations and event plans, ensuring flawless accuracy with a strong focus on English documentation.
Regional & Cross-team Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with regional and other internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment across teams.

Event Support: Assist with quarterly town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and internal meetings, including logistics coordination and post-event evaluations.
Research: Conduct detailed analysis on industry trends, competitors, and standard methodologies to support critical communication planning.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization as needed.
Job Requirements
Outstanding Korean and English Proficiency: Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content with strict attention to detail.
Outstanding Writing Proficiency: Skill in constructing compelling and accurate communication materials.
Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative environment, coordinating with multiple teams to achieve world-class results.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform communication strategies.
