Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Project Manager III at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will lead and manage various client projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of world-class solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client interactions from initial request through project completion, ensuring outstanding communication and coordination.
- Develop and strictly implement sourcing strategies to meet client needs, evaluating alternatives and preparing competitive quotes.
- Determine the best solutions based on comprehensive information and coordinate the flawless execution of these plans.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and project tracking to provide clients with timely updates through various communication channels.
- Engage in regular status updates and maintain a high level of client happiness by addressing any issues promptly.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other client meetings, ensuring remarkable preparation and participation.
- Support global sourcing initiatives and facilitate project implementation in line with international regulations and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support global project in China sourcing and drive for continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated collaboration spirit
- Proven experience in commercial or clinical pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities, along with strong influencing and communication skills.
