Location/Division Specific Information

This sales role is based in Japan and focuses on managing our CDD product line. You will lead a team of six dedicated individuals and work towards ambitious goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

A day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Lead and mentor a team, optimizing their activities in line with company priorities.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the medical industry (Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager).
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in English for email communication.
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires occasional travel to meet with team members and key customers. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, which fosters growth and development.
