Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Coordination sector by performing, verifying, advising, documenting, generating reports, and maintaining communication flow within the project team.
- Coordinate processes related to receiving, storing, preparing, and packaging shipments, returns, labeling, reconciliation, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies.
- Ensure adherence to good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices both internally and externally to minimize quality deviations.
- Apply the IT/administrative tools required by the Company and/or client to complete logistical operations.
- Support the Logistic Operations sector in administrative processes and general operational management of the establishment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement standard methodologies and solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Information Technology role, specifically within administrative or logistical operations.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to maintain flawless communication flow within the project team and with clients.
- Ability to strictly follow good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices.
- Ambitious attitude with a determination to contribute to world-class project outcomes.
