Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Coordination sector by performing, verifying, advising, documenting, generating reports, and maintaining communication flow within the project team.
  • Coordinate processes related to receiving, storing, preparing, and packaging shipments, returns, labeling, reconciliation, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices both internally and externally to minimize quality deviations.
  • Apply the IT/administrative tools required by the Company and/or client to complete logistical operations.
  • Support the Logistic Operations sector in administrative processes and general operational management of the establishment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement standard methodologies and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Information Technology role, specifically within administrative or logistical operations.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain flawless communication flow within the project team and with clients.
  • Ability to strictly follow good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices.
  • Ambitious attitude with a determination to contribute to world-class project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement IT/administrative tools and solutions successfully.
