Job Description

As a Analytica Development & GMP Team Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to make a real-world impact by contributing to the development of life-saving solutions. Responsibilities:

• Proper planning and execution of daily activities, monitoring analysis progress, and adhering to priorities and company standards
• Coordination of other analysts and discussion of progress with clients
• Knowledge and utilization of analytical instrumentation and software
• Management and calibration of laboratory instruments, adhering to regulations and standards
• Autonomous project management, including planning, evaluation of results, and proposing solutions
• Presentation of analytical results to customers
• Documentation management and storage of internal and external data
• Collaboration in the drafting of study protocols, analytical methods, and SOPs
• Contribution to technical training and updating of procedures

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, or similar fields
• In-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation
• Familiarity with GLP / GMP and laboratory management systems
• Experience in pharmaceutical industries and quality control
• Fluent in Italian and autonomous in English
