Job Description
Position Summary:
This role performs the Invoice Processing task which is a key function part of Procure to Payment (P2P) organization. This role is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex accounting tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of Accounts Payable and other financial matters.
This position involves operation activities, execution in systems and/or processes that are routine. May require specialized training but does not require an advanced level of independent work, judgment and/or decision making.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and validate invoices with accuracy and completeness.

- Match invoices to purchase orders and matching reports.
- Ensures quality by reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, advise management of issues, and recommending process improvements.
- Completes assigned work using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, and internal customers; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounts payable function; adapts and learns from changes and feedback.
- Maintains involvement and communication via email with internal clients involved in the processes.
- Provides support and makes any other request that is required by the company's needs.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Shared Service Centers experience is desirable.
- Intermediate in English: B1+ English Level.
- MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook - Excel Basic
- ERPs experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Mainframe).
